Empowering Youth to Discover Their Purpose
At Dream Big Success Ministries, Inc., we believe every young person is uniquely gifted and created for a special purpose. Our mission is to help at-risk youth from 6th through 12th grade discover their value, embrace their talents, and confidently pursue their God-given potential.
Phase 1 (Building a Strong Foundation)
Our after-school program runs for 13 to 14 weeks in a classroom setting, covering essential life skills such as:
- Discovering purpose and identity
- Recognizing personal gifts and passions
- Setting realistic goals
- Financial literacy basics
- Navigating school challenges
- Real-world conversations through “Kids Real Talk”
- Job readiness, including interview skills and workplace etiquette
Phase 2 (Personalized One-on-One Mentoring)
Building on Phase 1, Phase 2 offers tailored mentoring for one full year, meeting twice monthly for 1–2 hours. Our mentors focus on:
- Addressing each youth’s unique challenges and strengths
- Teaching life principles for lasting success
- Providing consistent encouragement and accountability
- Helping youth rediscover trust and hope
- Supporting growth toward leadership and positive community impact
